Free Guided Meditation
Sit back, press play and take a break
Guided meditations can be a great way to get started with your meditation practice. Or sometimes your regular meditation practice is just not kicking in, and a guided meditation can be a great way to still get into the present moment. Find a comfortable seated position or lie down, and set everything else apart. Allow yourself 25 minutes of your day to give your busy mind a break. You will feel refreshed afterwards. Do not worry if your mind starts to wonder, even in guided meditations it is a very natural thing to happen. The moment you notice, just gently guide your awareness back to the voice that is guiding you. The less you fight it, the less the mind will persist. Think of meditating like having an orgasm, the more you want it, the harder it is to get it. Once you let go and relax it will come naturally and most of us will feel pretty great afterwards 😉 Now sit back, close your eyes and listen to Doug’s soft voice guiding you through his meditation.
